Game Summary
In Week 3 of the Summer 2013 Season, West Covina Menehunes defeats La Puente Section Studios, 76-62.
This game featured another great matchup between two of the teams in PTBA's Division I. In the first quarter, both teams got off to a mediocre start with Section Studios taking a 6 point lead. However Menehunes bounced back in the second taking a 38-27 lead following a 27 point second quarter. Section Studios locked Menehunes up defensively in the third and managed to take a 50-49 lead. In the fourth quarter, Menehunes started breaking away as Section Studios couldn't get their shots to fall.
Menehunes was led by Raymond Hong with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Jarrod Carroll finished with 16 points. Steve Chang added 15 points and 8 rebounds. Jimmy Miyasaka had 12 points and 8 rebounds.

In Week 2 of the Summer 2013 Season, West Covina Menehuenes defeats City of Industry Pacers, 53-42.
Menehunes faced off against a Pacers squad who bolstered their lineup with the additions of Michael Lei and Alex Koo. Menehunes got off to a quick start, and ended the half with a 10 point lead. However, Pacers kept attacking inside with their big man Brendon Hyunh and in the third quarter, and they cut the deficit to 1 after holding Menehunes to just 6 points. Pacers managed to tie the game in the fourth quarter, but they got cold right as Menehunes got back into the groove.
Menehunes was led by Kevin Jenkins with 11 points. Victor Yen finished with 10 points and 8 rebounds. Jasper Huang grabbed 13 rebounds.
